I'M AN UNEDUCATED FOODIE; OTHER THAN A COUPLE OF DAY-LONG CULINARY WORKSHOPS, AND AN OBSESSION WITH THE FOOD NETWORK, I HAVE NO CULINARY TRAINING.I DON'T KNOW A LOT OF THE MECHANICS, OBVIOUSLY; BUT I INVENT NEW RECIPES, ADAPT EXISTING RECIPES, AND GENERALLY HAVE FUN. I COOK, BAKE, CAN, GRILL, AND BARTEND. I'M A WORK IN PROGRESS, BUT I'M GETTING BETTER ALL THE TIME. MY HUSBAND LIKES MY FOOD AND THAT'S ALL I ASK FOR. I LIKE TO DO STAPLES, COUNTRY FOOD, AND BAR FOOD, BUT WITH THE VOLUME TURNED UP.
